Poor director behaviour is rarely obvious. It often appears in subtle patterns: dominating discussion, remaining silent when challenge is needed, interrupting colleagues, or positioning rather than contributing.

This session explores how to recognise these behaviours, understand their impact on boar effectiveness, and respond constructively without escalating tension or undermining relationships.
