Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Conscious Governance Insights website and services operated by Life Mastery (Aust) Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website, courses, books, webinars and services for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

  • misuse our content or platform,
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts,
  • share your login details with others,
  • reproduce or distribute our materials for commercial gain without permission, or
  • engage in conduct that disrupts our services or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.

2. Products and Services

We provide:

  • online courses and digital content,
  • books and educational materials,
  • webinars, masterclasses and events,
  • consulting and advisory services,
  • downloadable templates and resources, and
  • other additional or professional services.

Some services may include free trial or preview access to selected modules or materials.

Free trial or preview access may exclude downloadable templates, premium resources, consulting components, recordings, or other paid features.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial or preview access at any time.

All content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice.

3. Account Access

Accounts may be purchased by individuals or by organisations for use by authorised personnel, including directors, executives, employees, contractors or other approved users.

Where a subscription is purchased by an organisation, the organisation is the contracting customer responsible for:

  • subscription management,
  • payment obligations,
  • the nomination and management of authorised users,
  • and ensuring compliance with these Terms by its authorised users.

Individuals granted access under an organisation’s subscription (“Authorised Users”) are permitted to access and use the services subject to these Terms but are not personally responsible for payment obligations unless separately agreed.

All Authorised Users must comply with these Terms when accessing or using the services.

Organisations purchasing subscriptions must provide Conscious Governance with the details of Authorised Users, including names and email addresses, for the purpose of granting and managing access to services and course materials.

The purchasing organisation is responsible for ensuring that Authorised User information remains accurate and current.

If an Authorised User leaves the organisation, changes roles, or is no longer authorised to access the services, the organisation must promptly notify Conscious Governance so that access can be updated, transferred, suspended, or revoked as appropriate.

Where an account is created for you, assigned to you, or accessed by you in connection with our services, you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • ensuring your account access is not shared with unauthorised persons,
  • and all activity conducted under your account.

Accounts are intended only for use by the authorised individual to whom access has been granted unless otherwise expressly authorised by us in writing.

User access provided under an organisational subscription is linked to the organisation’s active subscription status and may be modified, suspended, or revoked if the subscription expires, is cancelled, terminated, or where authorised access can no longer be verified.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where login sharing, misuse, unauthorised access, unlawful activity, or breaches of these Terms are suspected.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as PayPal or credit card gateways.

We reserve the right to change pricing, products, subscription fees, or service offerings at any time.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

5. Annual Subscriptions and Renewals

Certain courses, programs, memberships or services may be provided on an annual subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription service, you authorise us to automatically renew your subscription at the applicable renewal rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Subscription terms, pricing, billing frequency and renewal details are provided at the time of purchase.

As a courtesy, we may send reminder emails prior to renewal dates, including approximately 14 days and 7 days before renewal.

However, you remain responsible for monitoring and managing your subscription status and renewal dates.

Failure to receive reminder emails - including where you have unsubscribed from email communications, changed email addresses, or blocked communications - does not invalidate or cancel a subscription renewal or payment obligation.

You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund for any current subscription period unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Where subscriptions are purchased by an organisation, access for nominated users is contingent upon the organisation maintaining an active subscription.

If the organisational subscription expires, is cancelled, or is terminated, user access to course content, materials, and related services may be suspended or revoked.

6. Refunds and Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, online courses, consulting services, downloadable materials, recordings, and instant-access content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted or services have commenced.

This includes circumstances where:

  • course content has been accessed,
  • downloadable templates or materials have been made available,
  • webinars, masterclasses, or consulting sessions have commenced,
  • recordings have been viewed, or
  • part of a subscription period has already elapsed.

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate purchases,
  • technical issues preventing reasonable access, or
  • major faults with the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund requests may be submitted to:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our services, including course materials, templates, recordings, videos, text, graphics, and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content,
  • share course materials publicly,
  • resell or sublicense our content, or
  • use our materials for competing commercial purposes without written permission.

Access to our services grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal organisational or personal business use only.

Where an organisation purchases access, course materials and resources may be used and shared internally among authorised personnel within that organisation only.

Content must not be reproduced, distributed externally, sublicensed, sold, published publicly, or used for commercial training or competing purposes without prior written permission.

8. Affiliate Program

We may operate an affiliate program under which third parties (“Affiliates”) promote our products and services in exchange for a commission on qualifying sales.

Affiliates may use unique tracking links or codes to refer customers to our website. When a purchase is made through an affiliate link, we may pay a commission to the relevant Affiliate.

We are not responsible for the content, representations, or conduct of Affiliates. Any claims made by Affiliates are their own and do not necessarily reflect our views.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our affiliate program at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and
  • our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

We do not guarantee specific business, financial, personal, or professional outcomes from participation in our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Consumer Guarantees

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. <Insert Hyperlink to Privacy Policy>

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and handling of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, cancellation, or expiry of a subscription, all licences and access rights granted under these Terms may immediately cease, including access for authorised organisational users.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
